Process Limitations: Precision in seamless steel pipes is generally lower due to wall thickness uniformity, inside tube brightness, and the high cost of size fixing. Additionally, the occurrence of pockmarks and black spots inside the pipe is challenging to eliminate. 3. Offline Processing: Detection and shaping require offline processing, showcasing its superior performance in high-pressure and high-strength mechanical structures.
Stainless steel seamless pipes are renowned for their resistance to corrosion by air, steam, water, and other weak corrosive media, as well as by acid, alkali, salt, and other chemical corrosive media. These extraordinary pipes are also referred to as stainless acid-resistant steel pipes.
