Seamless steel pipe for low temperature is suitable for pipeline engineering in low temperature environment. Specially engineered for cryogenic applications, low-temperature seamless steel pipes maintain exceptional toughness and structural integrity in extreme cold environments down to -196°C (-320°F). The production process of cryogenic steel pipe mainly has two kinds of processes: cold drawing and hot rolling.

These pipes undergo subzero Charpy testing and cryogenic hydrostatic tests to guarantee performance under thermal contraction stresses. Emerging 9% Ni steel pipes now enable even more economical LNG solutions.
