Maintains 18% elongation at -196°C, making it ideal for aerospace cryogenic fuel pipeline systems.
Application Fields: High-vacuum electronic device seals, cryogenic superconducting equipment connection components, precision instrument conductive elements.
High Purity and Low Oxygen Content
The oxygen content of TU2 purple copper is controlled below 0.003%, with purity ≥ 99.95%. This reduces lattice defects and impurity interference during electronic transmission, ensuring stable signal transmission.
Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity
Electrical Conductivity: Up to 101% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), suitable for high-current applications such as high-voltage wiring harnesses and charging gun conductors.Thermal Conductivity: Approximately 398 W/(m·K), effectively reducing temperature rise in heat sinks and power transmission systems, improving system stability.

Total content of copper and silver not less than 99.95%
Phosphorus content ≤ 0.002%
Total content of other impurities (bismuth, antimony, iron, nickel, lead, tin, sulfur, zinc, oxygen, etc.) ≤ 0.05%
